Our Story

Crafted with Purpose

DEROKAST — premium handcrafted leather goods, made to last a lifetime.

Handcrafted creations. Contemporary aesthetics.

At DEROKAST, we believe that the objects we choose for our spaces and our everyday lives deserve to have character. They should be beautiful, functional and thoughtfully crafted—not just at first glance, but with every use.

Based in Kastoria, we create handcrafted leather goods that combine the distinctive character of genuine leather with contemporary design. Our philosophy is rooted in clean lines, balanced proportions and the details that give a simple object a presence of its own.

Leather is the starting point for everything we create. Its texture, flexibility and natural characteristics inspire us to explore shapes, colours and combinations. Sometimes understated, sometimes bold, it always remains at the heart of our designs, allowing the beauty of the material to shine without unnecessary embellishment.

Working by hand is at the heart of DEROKAST.

From selecting and cutting the leather to assembly and the final finishing touches, the care we take at every stage is an essential part of the finished piece. We pay attention not only to what can be seen, but also to how our products feel when held and used. Our collections include objects for the home and office, pieces for dining and hospitality settings, and personal accessories. From a leather tray and a desk set to the details of a thoughtfully set table, we design with practical use and the harmony of the space in mind. For us, luxury lies in the feel of the material, the care behind the craftsmanship and the pleasure a well-designed object brings to everyday life. This is the experience we aim to share through everything we create. DEROKAST — Character is in the details.
